As permitted by law, Unlocking Skills and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The laws of the United States of America will apply to this Agreement and govern its interpretation. Any litigation concerning this Agreement shall be subject to the courts’ exclusive jurisdiction in the United States.
9. IADC and
IWCF Rules and Regulations
The International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) and the International Well Control Forum (IWCF) rules and regulations are integrated into this Agreement by reference. Users of the Platform are expected to comply with all relevant IADC and IWCF rules and regulations.
10. Modification of Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised Agreement on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised
Agreement.
11. Entire Agreement
All prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Unlocking Skills concerning your use of the Platform are hereby superseded and merged into this Agreement.
